Forever Mint™ Legal Disclaimers

Rarity and Mint Eligibility

The rarity pool for the Forever Mint™ is based on the ghosts currently viewable in the “Ghost City” wallet (0.0.1303581-qobox) on the Hedera network. Rarity and mint availability are determined by the inventory present in that wallet; however please note that newly transferred ghost NFTs may not become eligible for random mints immediately. In some cases, it can take up to 30 minutes after transfer for a ghost NFT to appear in the eligible random mint pool. Provable minting randomness is provided by a native service of the Hedera DLT network (pseudo-random number generator).

Forever Mint Terms Language

Forever Mint™

“Forever Mint™” is a feature offered by Dead Pixels Ghost Club that may allow eligible users to mint certain digital collectibles, subject to availability, technical functionality, network conditions, and these Terms. “Forever” refers to the intended ongoing availability of the feature, not a guarantee that minting opportunities, supply, website access, smart contract access, or related services will remain available indefinitely or uninterrupted.

No Guarantee of Availability

We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue the Forever Mint™ feature, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice, including for maintenance, security, legal, technical, or business reasons. We do not guarantee continuous access, perpetual availability, or that any specific collectible will remain available for mint.

Eligibility and Access

Participation in the Forever Mint™ may require a compatible wallet, supported blockchain network access, and compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and platform requirements. We reserve the right to restrict or refuse access to any user or wallet address in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, or Terms violations.

Minting and Blockchain Risks

All mint transactions are processed on a public blockchain and are subject to network congestion, delays, failures, validator behavior, wallet issues, third-party service interruptions, and gas or transaction fees. We are not responsible for failed, delayed, duplicated, reversed, or incomplete transactions caused by wallet providers, blockchain infrastructure, user error, or third-party systems.

No Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, all mints, purchases, fees, and blockchain transaction costs are final and non-refundable once initiated or confirmed on-chain.

Digital Collectibles Only

Unless expressly stated otherwise, minting through Forever Mint grants ownership of the applicable tokenized digital collectible only, and does not transfer any intellectual property rights, commercial rights, or other rights in associated artwork, branding, or content beyond any rights expressly granted in our Terms.

Secondary Marketplace UI/UX

The Forever Mint™ backend infrastructure and related APIs are provided by SentX. Other third-party marketplaces may offer their own minting interfaces built on or integrated with SentX's services. Dead Pixels Ghost Club does not develop, operate, or maintain any of these platforms. Use of any third-party marketplace or service provider is subject to that provider's own applicable terms of service and policies.

Changes to Terms

We may update the Forever Mint™ feature and these related terms from time to time. Continued use of the feature constitutes acceptance of the then-current terms.
